| Band 1: Covers examination, diagnosis, advice, X-rays, a scale and polish (if needed), and treatment planning |

| Band 2: Includes Band 1 treatments plus fillings, root canals and extractions |
|
| Band 3: Includes Bands 1 and 2 plus complex procedures such as dentures, bridges and crowns |
|
| Band 4: Emergency/urgent treatment |
